Job Description:

This is a resort hotel cleaning job in the Kinugawa Onsen area of Nikko, Tochigi. You will start with simple tasks such as stripping used sheets and collecting rubbish, then gradually take on bathroom cleaning and bed making as you gain confidence. No prior experience is needed — a step-by-step training (研修 kenshuu) system is in place, and experienced team members provide backup if you fall behind. Car commuting is welcome with free on-site parking available, and a free shuttle service from near Imaichi Station is also provided. Advance payment (前払い maebarai) is available by arrangement, making it easy to manage your finances. Minimum contract period is 3 months. Shifts are 09:00-14:00 with no break, ideal for those who want to finish work in the early afternoon.

Wage:

1,150円 (per hour) Overtime premium: 1.25x base (for work exceeding 8 hours/day or 40 hours/week). Holiday premium: 1.35x base (7th day of the week calculated from Monday).
