Job Description:

This is a hall staff role at COCO'S Imaichi, a family restaurant in Nikko City operated by the Zensho Group (which also runs Sukiya and Hamazushi), located a 11-minute walk from Oyanomuki Station on the Tobu Kinugawa Line. Hall duties include seating guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, dessert preparation, cashier operations, and cleaning — all supported by detailed text and video manuals so first-time workers can learn with confidence. The daytime shift runs 09:00-17:00, making this a well-suited role for homemakers who work while children are at school, or for those who want evenings free. Weekend and public holiday shifts pay an extra 100 yen per hour; early morning slots (05:00-08:00) also receive a 100 yen premium. Meal subsidy lets staff eat menu items at half price during shifts, and Zensho Group discounts are available at Sukiya, Hamazushi, and other group restaurants. Advance payment (前払い maebarai) is available so earnings can be accessed before the regular pay date.

Wage:

1,150円 (per hour) Weekend and public holiday premium: +100円/hour (1,250円). Early morning (05:00-08:00): +100円/hour (1,250円).
