Job Description:
This is a donut and confectionery manufacturing and sales role at a small sweets shop in Kesennuma, Miyagi. You will handle ingredient preparation, shaping and forming products, packaging, in-store customer service and sales, and general cleaning and stock management. The workplace is small-team and beginner-friendly, with a coordinator available before you start to discuss the role and address any concerns. Shifts cover a wide window from 05:00 to 22:30 on a shift rotation (shifuto-sei), with almost no overtime. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) is available so you can access your wages right away.
