Job Description:
Guest room cleaning and bed making at Hotel Beacon Onomichi, three minutes on foot from Onomichi Station. The work involves clearing rooms after the previous night's guests, stripping and changing sheets, making beds, vacuuming and giving the bathroom and toilet a quick clean. No experience or particular skills are needed, and senior staff teach everything patiently, so household skills transfer directly to the job. Teamwork matters here, along with accurate and efficient work and a hospitable attitude towards guests. The shift is 09:00 to 14:00 with no overtime, and you can work from one day a week and five hours a day. Rosters are submitted weekly and hours and days are negotiable, with no fixed days you must attend and no need to find cover if you take a day off. Weekend-only or weekday-only patterns are both accepted, which suits working within the dependent tax allowance. Staff range from students to seniors, a uniform (制服 seifuku) is loaned, hair colour is free and a workplace visit before applying is possible.
