This is a night-shift packing and inspection role at a plastics manufacturing facility in Kanuma, Tochigi, handling resin and cushioning material products. Duties include inspecting packaging materials, packing and processing plastic products, transporting raw materials, and completing defect check sheets for product cracking and damage. The work is well-suited to those who prefer methodical, hands-on tasks; full support is provided for first-timers with no factory experience. The shift runs 19:00-04:00 (overnight) on weekdays; the deep-night portion from 22:00 carries a statutory late-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate), bringing the rate to 1,938円/hour.
