This is a cooked side-dish (お惣菜 osozai) preparation and bento assembly role at a popular deli counter inside Kashiwa Takashimaya department store, directly connected to Kashiwa Station in Chiba. Duties include plating bento boxes and preparing cooked dishes such as sweet-and-spicy chicken wings, nikujaga (肉じゃが), and simmered konjac, alongside seasonal specials — variety is high and the pace is brisk as the store draws a loyal customer base. The shift runs 07:00-16:00 with no late-night work; weekends and holidays are included in the rotation. The role suits those who want to build or develop practical Japanese cooking skills in a structured, high-throughput kitchen environment.

Wage:
