Job Description:
This is a short-term food packing and transport role at a ham and processed meat factory in Kashiwa City, Chiba, a 10-minute walk from Kita-Kashiwa Station on the JR Joban Line. Work involves packing thinly sliced pork into trays for ham and sausage production, and transporting blocks of raw meat (原木 genboku) using a hand lift — a mix of light packing work and physical movement. The factory operates a structured line workflow with thorough safety and hygiene guidance provided; the agency office is located on the same site so support is always close at hand. The shift runs 09:00-17:00 (7 hours actual work, 1-hour break) on weekdays with no overtime; Saturdays and Sundays are off, plus one Wednesday per month per the factory calendar. This is an immediately available, short-term dispatch (派遣 haken) placement of up to 2 months, ideal as a bridge role or for earning a lump sum over a fixed period. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) is available, and transportation is fully covered.
