Job Description:
This is a convenience store staff role at FamilyMart Kita-Kogane Ekiminamiguchi, located a 30-second walk from Kita-Kogane Station on the JR Joban Line in Matsudo City — one of the closest FamilyMart stores to any station in the area. Duties cover all standard convenience store operations including cashier work, product ordering, shelf merchandising, and cleaning, with patient, step-by-step guidance from senior staff throughout the 60-day training period. Two main shift options are available: morning (08:30-13:00 or 17:00) and afternoon (13:00-17:00); full shift coverage from early morning (05:00) to deep-night (05:00 overnight) is also open to suitable applicants. Early morning shifts (05:00-08:30) receive an enhanced rate of 1,240円/hour; night shifts (22:00-05:00) receive the statutory deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) at 1,425円/hour. High school students and those under 18 are not eligible; applicants must hold at least a high school qualification. Night shifts (22:00-05:00) are for those aged 18 and over only under Japanese labour law.
