Job Description:
Handle packing and inspection of sugar at a sugar refinery in Mihama ward, Chiba. Packing work is done steadily along a production line, with inspection checks alongside it. No experience is needed, and staff in their 20s through 50s are working here. You work both day and night shift patterns: 08:00 to 16:30 and 13:30 to 22:00, each with a 60 minute break, 5 days a week. Saturdays and Sundays are fixed days off, making it easy to plan around other people. Because this is a food factory, hygiene rules apply and items that give off a smell cannot be worn on site. Pay is monthly on the 15th of the following month, with advance payment (前払い maebarai) of part of your wages available on request. Overtime is paid at 1.25 times and holiday work at 1.35 times the hourly rate.
