Job Description:
This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Mekiki no Ginji Shin-Yahashira Ekimae, an izakaya on the 2nd floor of RG Yahashira Building, a 1-minute walk from Shin-Yahashira Station in Matsudo City, Chiba. Hall staff guide guests to seats, serve food and drinks, handle payments, and prepare simple drinks such as beer — customer orders are placed via tablet or QR self-order system, so there is no pressure on listening or order-taking accuracy. Kitchen staff start with dishwashing and simple plating, then progress to basic prep and cooking assistance — knife skills are taught from scratch. Two shift options are available: a full operating slot (11:30-00:00) or a lunchtime slot (11:30-15:00), both from a minimum of 3 hours per day and 1 day per week. Pay is calculated to the minute, and advance payment (前払い maebarai) is available; staff meals are 50% off. High school students are not eligible due to the late closing time.

Deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applies from 22:00 (statutory 1.25x; approx. 1,438円). Pay calculated to the nearest minute.
