Job Description:
This is a kitchen support role at a special nursing home (特別養護老人ホーム tokubetsu-yogo-rojin-home) in Narita, Chiba, assisting with meal preparation and dishwashing for residents. Tasks include washing dishes and cooking utensils, plating meals, setting up crockery and equipment, and light cooking — mainly reheating retort pouches by hot water bath, so no advanced cooking skill is required. Most staff are comfortable with the work within about a month; there is no customer interaction as this is a back-of-house support role. Weekday shifts run either 09:00-15:00 or 09:00-18:30 (choose your preferred pattern); weekend shifts run 13:00-19:45 with the schedule submitted monthly. An advance payment (前払い maebarai) system is available for fast access to earned wages; no resume or in-person registration is needed.
