Job Description:
This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Muten Kura Sushi Togane store, a conveyor belt sushi chain restaurant in Togane, Chiba, with four available positions: floor service, backyard prep, nigiri making, and gunkan/torched item preparation. The floor role covers customer service, table management, and register operation; kitchen positions include ingredient prep, tempura and udon cooking, sushi rice preparation, and nigiri assembly — most processes are mechanised and supported by clear manuals, making it beginner-friendly. Shifts run from 09:00 to closing (midnight at latest), from just 3 hours per day and 2 days a week; weekend and public holiday shifts earn an additional 50 yen per hour, and the deep-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applies from 22:00. Late-night shifts from 22:00 are for applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law). An advance payment system (前給制度 zenkyuu-seido) allows a portion of earned wages to be withdrawn before payday on prior application. Hair colour and style are unrestricted; piercings and nail art are not permitted during shifts.
