Tasks involve wiping down the moulding machines with cloths (ウエス uwesu) and tightening bolts — no complex skills are required, making it straightforward to get started. The working day runs 08:00 to 16:50 with fixed weekday hours, and overtime is minimal, averaging fewer than 10 hours per month. Experienced workers are especially welcome, though the duties are simple enough for those without prior factory experience to pick up quickly.
