Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Hanamaru Udon in Oyama, Tochigi, located inside Ion Mall Oyama (イオンモール小山). Work is divided into five positions: boiling noodles (麺ゆで), frying tempura, topping bowls, washing dishes using a dishwasher (食洗機 shokushouki), and counter service and cashier work. On your first day you will observe a senior staff member before moving on to the topping position, with further positions introduced as you become comfortable — seniors are always nearby to help. Shifts run within the 09:00-21:30 operating window; you can work as little as 3 hours a day, 1 day a week, making this ideal for students, those with parenting commitments, or those doing a second job (副業 fukugyou). A weekend and public holiday allowance (土日祝手当 doyou-nichiyou-shuku-teate) of +50 yen per hour applies.
