Job Description:
This is an opening staff role at Sharin (舎鈴) Mina Tsudanuma, a ramen restaurant inside Mina Tsudanuma shopping centre just 1 minute walk from Shin-Tsudanuma Station — Sharin is the sister brand of the famous tsukemen restaurant Rokurinsha (六厘舎). Duties include serving completed dishes to customers, adding toppings, simple kitchen prep, and dishwashing — orders are handled entirely through a food ticket vending machine so there is no cashier work and no need to handle cash. The menu is deliberately compact, meaning less to memorise; difficult tasks are handled by permanent staff so beginners can focus on manageable work from day one. As an opening staff member you will join a full group induction with all colleagues starting together — no existing hierarchies or cliques to navigate. An opening bonus of +200 yen per hour applies to all shifts until 30 November, bringing the effective rate to 1,500 yen (standard) or 1,600 yen (early morning 06:00-09:00) during that period. A late-night supplement (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 25% applies from 22:00 onward, raising the rate to 1,625 yen or above. Hair colour is completely free — the listing specifically emphasises this with no restrictions stated.
