Meat blocks weigh approximately 30 kg but are rolled rather than lifted, so the physical approach is manageable even for first-timers; training starts with smaller quantities until you build confidence. The shift runs from 17:00 to 02:10 overnight, and the statutory late-night premium from 22:00 raises the hourly rate to 2,000 yen/hour. Applicants must be aged 18 or over due to Japanese labour law restrictions on late-night work.
