Job Description:
Work as a room cleaning and bed-making staff member at Hotel 21 Xanadu in Matsudo, Chiba, just 1 minute walk from Matsudo Station on the Joban Line. A team of four staff members rotates through rooms, cleaning checked-out rooms, making beds, replenishing towels and linens, and tidying up — all tasks requiring no specialist skills or prior experience. The main daytime shift runs 10:00–16:00 with no overtime; an evening shift (16:00–00:00) is also available for those who want to work later or add a second job. Weekends and public holidays attract a 50 yen/hour premium on top of the base rate, and salary increases are available over time. Transport allowance is fully paid for commutes of 2 km or more.
