Job Description:
Join the opening team at Marugame Seimen Aeon Town Shin-Funabashi store (丸亀製麺イオンタウン新船橋店), a new udon restaurant opening in early September 2026 on the first floor of Aeon Town Shin-Funabashi, 2 minutes from Shin-Funabashi Station. Hall staff handle table clearing, cashier duties (レジ reji), and customer service; kitchen staff assist with dishwashing (洗い場 araiba), udon and tempura cooking, and rice dish preparation -- tasks are divided into clear roles so you start from a position that suits you. Shifts run within a 08:00 to 23:00 window under a weekly flexible shift system (シフト制 shifuto-sei); weekday-only and weekend-only arrangements are both available. Detailed training (研修 kenshuu) and manuals are in place -- ideal for a first job or a return after a career break. A minimum contract period of 3 months is required. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available for 120 yen per meal (up to 800 yen worth), and the family canteen system provides children of staff (age 15 and under) up to 10,000 yen per month in free meals.
