Job Description:
Guest room cleaning and bed making at The Editster Hotel Narita, with no customer service involved. Duties are vacuuming floors, replacing towels and gowns, restocking amenities, changing sheets, making beds and airing the rooms. A manual guides the work and it becomes a routine once you get used to it, so no experience or qualifications are needed. Bathroom cleaning involves working in a low position, so expect the first few weeks to be physically demanding until your body adjusts. The shift is 09:00 to 15:00 with Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays off, working from two days a week. Finishing at 15:00 leaves the afternoon free, which suits family commitments or a second job. Rosters are submitted monthly and shift requests are welcomed, with overtime kept under 20 hours a month and paid separately. Staff aged from their twenties to their sixties work here, a uniform (制服 seifuku) is loaned and training (研修 kenshuu) is provided.

Overtime paid separately. Late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate), bonus and year-end settlement allowance are provided. Salary increase available. A training period applies.
