Job Description:

This is a cooking staff (調理スタッフ chouri sutaffu) role in the kitchen of an obstetrics and gynaecology clinic (産婦人科 sanfujinka) in Ota City, Gunma, preparing meals, celebratory dishes (お祝い膳 oiwai-zen), and snacks for patients. Tasks cover the full cooking workflow: food preparation and mise en place, cooking, plating, serving meals to patients (配膳 haizen), collecting trays (下膳 gaizen), and washing dishes. Staff also personally deliver meals to patients, giving you the chance to see the smiles of mothers recovering after childbirth - a rewarding aspect of this role that sets it apart from a standard kitchen job. The workplace values teamwork and has a high staff retention rate, with colleagues in their 20s through to 60s working together. Two shift options are available: a morning shift (7:00-14:00) or a mid-to-evening shift (10:30-19:30); either shift alone is acceptable. Training (研修 kenshuu) is provided over a 3-month period. Full transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is covered. A mini bonus is also available.

Wage:

1,100円 (per hour) Post-training rate: 1,130円 or above depending on experience and skill (after 3-month training period, may vary by proficiency). Mini bonus available.
