Job Description:
Work as kitchen staff at Steak no Don (ステーキのどん), a popular steak restaurant chain, in Maebashi, Gunma. Kitchen duties include dishwashing and vegetable plating; tasks are introduced gradually so no experience is needed. Most staff started with zero restaurant experience, and the store manager and senior staff provide hands-on training (研修 kenshuu) throughout. Three shift slots cover morning through late night: 09:00-15:00, 15:00-20:00, and 20:00-00:30 (overnight). A deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applies from 22:00, raising the hourly rate to 1,438円. On weekends and public holidays the base rate rises by 50円/hour. An advance pay (前払い maebarai) scheme is available for hours already worked. Applicants under 18 and high school students may only work until 21:30. No resume required.
