Job Description:
This is a hotel banquet hall service role at a popular hot spring inn in Ikaho, Shibukawa, Gunma, working in the buffet and dining venues of the hotel. Duties include setting up dishes before service, replenishing food during the meal period, clearing tables afterwards, and guiding and supporting guests in the venue. The typical day involves a split shift: morning work (06:00-10:00), a mid-day break, then an evening service (17:00-21:00), totalling 8 or more actual working hours. A furnished single-room dormitory (寮 ryo) is available for those who need accommodation near the worksite. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) is available via the JOBPAY card system: earnings accumulate daily and can be withdrawn at convenience store ATMs at any time. Either Saturday or Sunday can be taken as a rest day upon request.
