Job Description:

Hall and kitchen work at Tontora, a ramen restaurant in Maebashi. Hall duties cover showing customers to their seats and register work, and kitchen duties cover cooking assistance. The restaurant is a comfortable size where you can see the whole floor at once, with salaryman customers on weekdays and families at weekends. Homemakers work the daytime and late-night slots and students mainly work the evenings. A pre-training programme teaches customer service and work basics from scratch, and you are given more responsibility as you get used to it. Shifts are self-declared every one to two weeks, from 1 day a week and 3 hours a day, and you can drop to zero days during exam periods or family commitments. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are provided and wages are paid in cash in hand (手渡し tewatashi). Car and motorbike commuting are both allowed.

Wage:

1,150円～1,438円 (per hour) Late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 25 percent applies from 22:00, giving 1,438円 per hour. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays add 50円 per hour. Shifts from 10:00 to 17:00 add 50円 per hour. Training period rate applies at the start. Pay raises available.
