Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen support role at Kushiyaki Torijn, a relaxed yakitori restaurant a 3-minute walk from Ota Station in Gunma. Hall duties include greeting and seating guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and clearing tables. Kitchen duties are limited to simple plating and preparation — the head chef handles all cooking. The shift runs 18:00 to 00:00 (ending at midnight), with a minimum of 3 hours per shift and 2 days per week accepted. Test-period weeks with zero shifts are also accommodated. A 25% late-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applies from 22:00, bringing the rate to 1,750 yen. Cash-in-hand payment (手渡し tewatashi) is available. Applicants must be aged 18 or over as the venue permits smoking (Japanese labour law). Hair colour, nail polish, and piercings are welcome.
